There will be at least a few days a month in which the women around you wish you were dead. Here are some strategies to avoid their wrath

Lower your voice both in pitch and volume, like you’re soothing a frightened animal. Loud voices are extremely grating on the hormonal 

Don’t butt in. If people are talking, just don’t butt in, conversations that have nothing to do with you can finish without your two cents.

Don’t argue. I know you always think you’re right but sometimes you’re just not. And even if you are - it’s totally not worth arguing about right now :/

If you talk to someone and they answer you with very short responses like ‘Yes.’ ‘No.’ ‘I don’t know.’ STOP TALKING TO THEM. They do not want to talk. Talking to them more will not help. This is prime time danger zone

Be nice. When women are being jerks it’s usually because they feel really shit inside, not because they’re actual jerks. Just be kind. You don’t know what it’s like til you’ve walked in someones shoes

Has anyone tried this? I only ask because I’m ALWAYS thinner on a Monday which I can only attribute to the fact that generally on weekends I eat what I want , usually don’t eat til around midday and have large meals not snacks - the very basis of IF itself!

Pre workout - 1/4 cup muesli w tablespoon LSA approx 200cals

WORK - Body Attack + Body Pump

Post workout - Protein Shake 200 cals

Dinner - Chicken & salad - 400 cals

Todays *grumble* intake:

Protein shake

Large skinny cappuccino

Corn thin with cream cheese

Small sourdough wrap with 100g tuna, some cream cheese and feta

2 x Weet Bix

Banana

Apple

Dinner : 200g chicken, sweet potato and salad, probably with a piece of toast and a protein shake. Need to eat loads before bed or no sleepy for me
